CANDICE BREITZ
I had never had the opportunity to see one of Candice's installations and got to see Mother today, honestly, it was mind-blowing. If you live in San Francisco do yourself a favor and go see it, and see the Avedon show at the same time.

just found your blog again after a while after getting sidetracked and redirected by research on collier schorr. anyway....there's also another candice breitz piece at the MFA in Boston (one of her celebrity portraits of Madonna). equally as amazing i'm sure.
